I booked the appointment 20 min before arriving to the last appointment of the day. I was in such pain that I was on the verge of crying and Dr. Juliette Uka was so unbelievably nice and welcoming although I was 2-3 min late. Her aura was so calm and loving that I can’t even explain how it affected me straight away. She was very professional and helped me with all that I needed and explained everything very thoroughly. She prescribed me antibiotics that they had in the office and that was such a huge help as I was in no condition to go and buy them somewhere else, and I didn’t even have to take my card out as she had an option to just charge the card I booked the appointment with. Altogether a wonderful experience.

I have just had the pleasure of being visited by no one else than Dr. Teromi Selvadurai. She was extremely sweet, friendly and knowledged. I booked a consultation to do my blood test, expecting only a first discussion, when she offered me the possibility of having them taken on the spot. Brillant! Moreover, when I thanked her for calling me roughly 20 minutes before my appointment time, she suggested having called me way beforehand, yet I was having a tour of the pharmacy, as I thought I arrived way earlier that my slot. Niiiiiiice! Dr. Teromi Selvadurai deserves a Lode!

I wasn’t sure what to expect when going to a doctor in another country since I had never had to see one outside the United States. I was visiting Europe and got a persistent cough. So I went to see Dr. Kumar. It was an urgent care clinic. The staff and the doctor were very professional and kind. They took me in right away. The doctor took the time to listen to me and when she asked me questions, she didn’t rush me for a response. I am very happy I went to see this doctor. Thank you again Dr. Lakshmi Kumar and medical assistants. I will recommend you to any of my friends visiting London in case they ever need to see a doctor. Hopefully not but they will be in good hands if they do need one.

Four stars for the premises because although easy to find and in a good location there appeared to be no lift. I have arthritis. Your previous premises on Gray's Inn Road did have a lift. However, the new location is far more tranquil and I would definitely recommend and use the service at this location again. Additionally Doctor Cullimore is a nice chap and thorough.
