My mother has been treated by Dr. Nitin Mehra since July last year. He is a very kind, trustworthy and wonderful doctor. I'm sure his other patients feel the same way. We are very lucky to have had such a wonderful doctor.

Experience is so much better than nhs, you get what you pay for. Minimum wait times and doctors taking their time to really help out. App needs sorting out as kept freezing so I had to book over the phone but overall process was great.

The Phlebotomist was unable to draw blood properly. They ended up trying on both arms and I was sent to the other branch as they were not able to complete the task. They are very inexperienced and I have never had such an experience in my life. My veins are easy to find and I have never had an issue like this before. Just overall unprofessional.

The test results in 4 days???? I had to support the pain for one week just for get the results.. next time just put it on the webpage that you have results in 4,5 days

Very disappointed with the consultation I had. Experienced direct medical gaslighting. I was told there was nothing on my tonsil when I could feel it, and I went to the bathroom after to check and could literally see it and took a picture it was that clear. After insisting the doctor look again, she went to put a finger in my mouth and actually said ‘don’t bite me’. Like what??? And then proceeded to jam a finger in and make me gag without apology or care. Left feeling really upset. I have never complained about medical help before, and I’m gutted.
