Dr Dabhi was honestly amazing. Can’t fault him in any way, shape or form. He had a very calming manner which made me feel at ease. He was personable and empathetic, which I believe most doctors truly lack nowadays. He is a true asset to the team.

Dr Nitin Mehra was brilliant, addressed all my concerns during the consultation and was very thorough in his examination. Didn't feel like the appointment was rushed at all, and reassured me that there would be follow up with him should I need it.

I had a call with Dr Ella today and she prescribed me a treatment.
I have now run all across London to be told by all the pharmacies that this treatment is out of stock and has been for the last two or three years. The medical advice received was not only poor but negligent.
The doctors are clearly not up to scratch and are just trying to get you off the phone as quickly as possible.

We understand how frustrating it must have been to visit multiple pharmacies, only to discover that the medication was unavailable. While our doctors make every effort to stay informed about medication availability, please know that this particular medication is not commonly prescribed. Unfortunately, this meant that on this occasion, the doctor was unaware of the longstanding supply issues affecting its availability. We appreciate that you brought this to our attention, and we’re glad to see that the doctor has since reached out to you personally to apologise and prescribe an alternative medication. We hope this follow-up helped address your concerns and provided the reassurance you needed.
