By far the best doctors appointment I have had. Saqib Sayed made me feel much better about my situation, he was extremely comforting and gave an in depth assessment/ explanation while articulating his thoughts. Will not see another doctor while here in London. Thank you!

Spent over an hour on hold this morning with my own local surgery. Doubtless, even if i had got through they would have offered me an appointment in a couple of weeks time. Eventually gave up. Discovered DocTap, took literally 1 minute to book and appointment online for this afternoon. My first time going private. Conveniently located 20 mins from where i live. Doctap office was clean and professional. Staff lovely and Doctor efficient and competant. Made me feel very welcome. Got sorted and issued with a prescription on site. Done in 15 mins. Goes against all my principals but Brillaint service. Like most, I only really need to access a doctor once or twice a year. So for the price and peace of mind would 100% recommend these guys.

This is a scam. You advertise yourselves as mental health doctors, when in fact it’s only a GP. I should not have had to pay to see a GP when I have my local one over NHS. I would like a refund

We are very sorry that you were unhappy with your consultation. Our Medical Director has reviewed your consultation and has personally reached out to you to address any concerns you may have.
Our website does explicitly state that we are a private GP service, however we would like to apologise if there was any confusion or if you were under a different impression. This is certainly not an issue we encounter frequently with our patients; however, we will review to see if anything could be made even clear for our future visitors.
