Thank you to Dr Raybone who explained everything very well, was really nice and gave me many advice as well as the right cure to feel better quickly. I felt better 12 hours laters and got to enjoy my holidays. The overall experience with Doctap was very efficient.

It was useful having the reassurance to see a GP on short notice when the NHS are so busy.

I was traveling from Texas in London and developed a severe sinus infection and was miserable. Luckily I found DocTap and was able to sign up and talk to a GP in under 45 min. He was professional and prescribed my prescription and sent notes along with the service. I will use this service again and recommend to friends and family.

Overall a very simple and easy process to arrange an appointment and the Doctor was knowledgeable and informative. Quickly diagnosed based upon the symptoms and prescribed medication to rectify the illness.

I arrived at DocTap as a walk in visiting from Australia and desperate to see a doctor as I had woken up very unwell. The reception and doctor were incredibly accommodating and helpful in getting me in to see a doctor immediately and the doctor was attentive and extremely helpful. Thank you!

Only got 13 mins appointment. The line was terrible, the doctor had to call me 3 times. I waited around 30 mins for him to call me back the 3rd time. The doctor was talking over me and wouldn’t let me explain what I needed help with fully. I paid £64 and feel it was just a waste of time and waste of money. I didn’t feel supported. I expected better service especially if you are paying for it, unfortunately it wasn’t the case, and I am disappointed. I expected more help from the doctor.
