Excellent & very professional

This will certainly be my go to if I’m sick again. I couldn’t make my original appointment but they switched me to another location and time for a small fee. Charming, knowledgeable doctor at the Kings Cross branch quickly diagnosed me and 24 hours later I’m feeling a whole lot better already. This system seems similar to the very efficient system in Paris “Doctolib”

We had a visit on Saturday, and everything went smoothly, professionally, and without any issues. I highly recommend it!

1. The doctor double booked us, which meant he saw us half an hour late. Given that we had to arrive at least 10 min prior to the appointment despite needing just a 10 second sign in, we were basically waiting for nearly 45 min which is not ok. The doctor prescribed medicine which is not available in any pharmacy - I checked in 4 pharmacies, everyone was surprised to see the prescription and said that no one prescribes this. The medication is the first that comes when you google for treatment, which makes me question the doctor’s treatment plan. 2. The registration doesn’t allow me to add children to my profile, so essentially I need multiple email addresses to register my children. This seems quite pointless. 3. The place itself was suffocating, stuffy and oddly warm, with the waiting room essentially being a small room with 2 chairs and a sink for some reason. I had to go to another gp to get a prescription which can actually be filled, so it was a complete waste of time and a very bad experience.

I have seen Doctor Kumar several times now. The most thorough GP I have ever encounter, always providing giving clear explanations and recommendations. This was also confirmed by specialists reading her notes. Couldn't recommend more.

Nice guy but basically said nothing was wrong, I deteriorated as I expected the days after and got seen by another doctor who did confirm what I thought - that I had a chest infection. If this guy had given me antibiotics in the first place I wouldn’t have had to go through the worsening
