It wasn’t possible to get an appointment at my local doctor so it was great to be able to book so quickly. Dr Anna was very helpful, understanding, knowledgeable and thorough.

Fast, convinient, easy service and the GP was very good as she was very engaging and understanding. Got my prescription and sick note very promptly.

Dr Yaw was great, very personable. The UI for the booking system makes it a bit tricky to see exactly where each clinic is -> making the coloured capital letters denoting each clinic smaller would help! Doctor

Dr Joseph is amazing Doctor . I would highly recommend him.

First time using the DocTap and it was straight forward and easy to use. Super fast getting an appointment to speak with a GP [had appointment in 30 mins] Dr Mehra was very thorough and professional and helped with a referral for an MRI scan which I managed to organise and have on he same day. I would definitely use them again if I needed quick urgent / responsive consultation than wait for my local practice.

Would be helpful to know that there are stairs to the office in case of mobility issues.

Bias possibly with intelligence agency interference

The whole uploading of photo with ID was a bit confusing. You couldn't check the image afterwards
