Sometimes work situations need medical input — a request for reasonable adjustments, a capability process, an unexplained absence, or occupational health support. Our GMC-registered GPs issue same-day employer letters for all of these, in clinic or, where appropriate, online.

An Employer Letter is a private medical letter from a GP that provides your employer with the information they need about your health in a work context. It might confirm a diagnosis, explain how a condition is affecting your performance, support a request for reasonable adjustments, or document an absence.
Employers often request a letter when they need formal medical input — for HR records, capability discussions, occupational health reviews, or when considering adjustments to your role. Our GPs write clear, professional letters tailored to your situation.
