Pass gives you 10% off eligible GP appointments, online GP appointments, blood tests, STI tests, health screens, mental health appointments, medical weight loss consultations and selected procedures. Medications and imaging scans are excluded.

Is DocTap Pass a subscription?

No. Pass is an optional, one-off £15 payment. There are no monthly charges and it does not renew automatically.

How do I get DocTap Pass, and when does the discount start?

Choose DocTap Pass when booking eligible care. The 10% discount applies to that booking and the one-off £15 fee is added at the same checkout. Pass then applies automatically to eligible bookings for the following 12 months.

What if I don't save £15 before it expires?

If your discounts add up to less than £15 before your 12 months are up, we refund the difference — so you can't be out of pocket.

Is there a limit on how much I can save?

When will Pass save me money overall?

What is DocTap Pass?

One £15 payment. 10% off for a year

DocTap Pass is a one-off savings pass. Add it to an eligible booking and the 10% discount will apply to that booking. It then applies automatically to eligible appointments and tests for the next 12 months.

One-off £15 fee.: Pay once when you add Pass. There are no monthly payments and no automatic renewal.
10% off from your first booking.: Your first 10% discount applies to the eligible booking where you add Pass. The one-off £15 fee is charged at the same time.
Valid for 12 months.: The discount continues to apply automatically to future eligible appointments and tests.
No savings limit.: There is no cap on your total saving. You will continue to receive 10% off eligible appointments and tests throughout the 12 months.
Refund protection.: If after 12 months your total discounts come to less than £15 when Pass expires, we refund the difference.
Clear exclusions.: Pass does not apply to medication or imaging scans.
