How can I promote DocTap?

Use only channels approved for your account, approved DocTap destinations and tracking links, and current DocTap marketing materials. Get written approval before publishing your own creative or materially changing an approved placement. Do not offer patient incentives unless expressly approved by DocTap. Clearly label commercial content with Ad, Advert or #Ad. Do not promote prescription-only medicines or bid on DocTap brand terms.

How are referrals tracked?

Both new and existing customers can qualify. The customer must consent to tracking, visit through your affiliate link and complete one checkout in the same browser within 30 days. Each additional checkout requires a new eligible visit through your link.

Which purchases earn commission?

Commission is earned on eligible completed appointments, tests and health screens. Medication, prescriptions, memberships (including DocTap Pass), scan packages and cancellation fees are excluded. Self-referrals and employer-linked accounts do not qualify.

How is my commission rate set?

Everyone starts at 10%. As the eligible revenue generated through your links grows, you can unlock higher standard rates of up to 15%. Rates are reviewed based on each three-month period.

When do I receive payment?

Commission normally becomes payable 30 days after the qualifying service is completed. Monthly statements are available in your affiliate portal, with no minimum payout threshold. DocTap pays within 14 days of receiving your valid invoice.
