Cancellation policy: Appointments cancelled at least 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable. Appointments can be rescheduled free of charge if changed at least 4 hours in advance, with your full payment credited toward the new booking. Changes made within 4 hours of the appointment, or once it has started, will have 50% of the fee credited toward the new booking. Credited amounts are not refundable as cash. Missed appointments cannot be refunded or rescheduled once the appointment day has ended.
