Biography
Dr Ndlovu serves as our Medical Director, a senior leadership role where she oversees clinical standards and ensures the delivery of exceptional patient care across the practice. She qualified from Newcastle University and holds a diploma from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, alongside being a member of the Royal College of General Practitioners. As Medical Director, she brings a wealth of clinical and governance expertise to the team, often leading quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes.
Her extensive experience spans both the private sector and NHS hospital settings across London, including the Royal London and London Bridge Hospital. This diverse background has equipped her with a versatile skillset across several key disciplines. Dr Ndlovu has developed particular interests in women’s health, dermatology, and musculoskeletal medicine, and is highly experienced in paediatrics, sexual health, and trauma and orthopaedics.
She is a dedicated educator who finds great fulfillment in mentoring final year medical students, ensuring that the next generation of doctors is grounded in high clinical standards. Her commitment to evidence-based medicine is also reflected in her research and several publications within the field of surgery and oncology.
Dr Ndlovu is fluent in both English and Zulu. Outside of her leadership and clinical duties, she stays active through swimming and running, having successfully completed 10k events. She is also a committee member for a registered charity, reflecting her commitment to community and healthcare excellence.
