Do you offer skin allergy testing?

DocTap doesn’t offer patch or allergy testing, but your GP can assess your symptoms, rule out other causes, and refer you to an allergy or dermatology clinic if needed.

Can you manage severe allergies or anaphylaxis?

We can provide advice and prescriptions for managing allergies, but severe allergies requiring emergency treatment you should call 999 in an emergency. If you have a history of anaphylaxis, always carry an adrenaline auto-injector and seek urgent care.

Can you treat allergies?

Yes. We can diagnose and treat many common allergies, including hay fever, food allergies, skin allergies, and drug allergies.

Can you prescribe allergy medications?

Yes. We can prescribe antihistamines, nasal sprays, steroid creams, and other allergy medications as needed.
