Common skin conditions

Can I get a prescription during the appointment?: Yes. If treatment is needed, your GP can issue a private prescription during your appointment — either to take to a pharmacy or sent digitally.
Do I need to see a dermatologist, or can a GP help?: In many cases, a GP can manage your skin condition. If specialist care is needed, your DocTap GP can refer you to a private dermatologist.
Do you offer skin allergy testing?: DocTap doesn’t offer patch or allergy testing, but your GP can assess your symptoms, rule out other causes, and refer you to an allergy or dermatology clinic if needed.
