What is DocTap Saver?
One £15 payment. 10% off for a year
DocTap Saver is a one-off savings pass. Add it to an eligible booking and the 10% discount will apply to that booking. It then applies automatically to eligible appointments and tests for the next 12 months.

- Pay once when you add Saver. There are no monthly payments and no automatic renewal.
- 10% off from your first booking.
- Your first 10% discount applies to the eligible booking where you add Saver. The one-off £15 fee is charged at the same time.
- Valid for 12 months.
- The discount continues to apply automatically to future eligible appointments and tests.
- No savings limit.
- There is no cap on your total saving. You will continue to receive 10% off eligible appointments and tests throughout the 12 months.
- Refund protection.
- If after 12 months your total discounts come to less than £15 when Saver expires, we refund the difference.
- Clear exclusions.
- Saver does not apply to medication or imaging scans.

- Which appointments and tests can I use DocTap Saver on?
Saver gives you 10% off eligible GP appointments, online GP appointments, blood tests, STI tests, health screens, mental-health appointments, weight-loss consultations and selected procedures. Medication and imaging scans are excluded.
- Is DocTap Saver a subscription?
No. Saver is an optional, one-off £15 payment. There are no monthly charges and it does not renew automatically.
- How do I get DocTap Saver, and when does the discount start?
Choose DocTap Saver when booking eligible care. The 10% discount applies to that booking and the one-off £15 fee is added at the same checkout. Saver then applies automatically to eligible bookings for the following 12 months.
- What if I don't save £15 before it expires?
If your discounts add up to less than £15 before your 12 months are up, we refund the difference — so you can't be out of pocket.
- Is there a limit on how much I can save?
No. There's no cap on eligible bookings. Your 10% applies to every eligible appointment and test for the full 12 months.
- When will Saver save me money overall?
Your discounts will equal the £15 Saver fee once you have spent £150 on eligible care. If after 12 months your discounts total less than £15 when Saver expires, we refund the difference.
- Can I add Saver during an appointment?
Yes. If eligible tests or other care are arranged during your consultation, you can add Saver at that point and receive 10% off the eligible items.
