- Is there a contract, commitment or minimum team size?
No. No contract, no minimum spend, no notice period, and no minimum or maximum team size — set up an account for one employee or hundreds. You pay only for the appointments your team books, and you can pause or stop the benefit whenever you choose. If you stop, just remove employees from your account — there's nothing to cancel.
- What does the private healthcare cover?
Your team's benefit covers standard GP appointments — diagnosis and treatment, prescriptions, referrals, medical letters, sick notes, dermoscopy, and follow-up care — delivered by GMC-registered, UK-trained GPs. DocTap also offers a wider range of services including health screens, mental health counselling, blood tests, sexual health services and minor procedures. - How much does an appointment cost?
GP appointments start from £65 for a 15-minute video consultation and £75 for a 15-minute clinic appointment on weekdays, with longer (25-minute) and weekend appointments priced higher. Full current prices are at doctap.co.uk/prices. Your company is charged the standard appointment fee minus any employee contribution you've set, and only when an appointment is actually booked. No setup fees, platform fees, or charges for unused allowances.
- Can our employees outside London use this benefit?
Yes. While our 11 clinics are in London, video appointments are available for any employee, anywhere in the UK. You can enable clinic appointments, video appointments, or both when setting up your account, depending on where your team is based.
- Can DocTap support bulk uploads or API integration?
Yes. API integration is available for partners who want to connect DocTap GP care, testing or clinical services into an existing product, platform or workflow.
