A control tower for your care

Every hour our clinics are open, a member of our team is assigned to monitor our live board on your behalf. Like air traffic control, it alerts them when something needs attention:

• Your clinician hasn’t arrived when expected.
• Your doctor is running late.
• There’s a problem collecting or transporting your samples.
• Your test results are due.
• Results need a GP’s review or still need to be shared with you.
• Your clinician finishes their session with your notes or follow-up work still outstanding.
• An issue with your care remains open and needs following up.

Our team can then chase delays and follow up outstanding work—even after you’ve left the clinic.
