Give patients fast access to DocTap GP consultations, diagnostics and clinical documentation, while your team manages booking, consent and any patient-facing charge.

Provider support
A private GP route for patients you support
Arrange DocTap GP consultations for new or existing patients when they need private GP input, follow-up, documentation or a practical next step.
Clinic or video appointments, depending on the patient
Patients can be seen at DocTap London clinics or by video where clinically suitable, giving your team a practical route for different levels of need.
Records that support continuity of care
With patient consent, relevant DocTap outputs can be shared back to your service, including consultation notes, test results, letters and related documents from those visits.
Your patient relationship stays with you
Your organisation manages the booking and any patient-facing charge outside DocTap. DocTap delivers the clinical appointment at standard patient rates.
Testing capacity without building lab operations
Use DocTap's clinic network, on-site labs and wider diagnostic pathways instead of building your own phlebotomy, laboratory or clinical staffing model.
Provider benefits
Offer patients access to DocTap GPs for everyday concerns, follow-up, documentation and onward advice, without recruiting or managing a private GP team.
Give patients access to GP-led testing, on-site lab capability and wider diagnostic pathways without setting up phlebotomy workflows, lab operations or supplier management yourself.
Where the patient has consented, relevant DocTap records can support continuity of care, so your team is not relying on patients to relay clinical details from memory.
DocTap charges standard patient rates. Any patient-facing charge, package price or margin is set and handled by your organisation outside DocTap.
Provider account setup
A standard provider account can be created online in minutes. Speak to DocTap first if you need diagnostics, API access, monthly invoicing or a more bespoke setup.

With patient consent, providers can access DocTap clinical records linked to appointments arranged under their provider account. This can include consultation notes, test results, letters, prescriptions and related clinical documents from those visits, not the patient's wider NHS record.
In the standard provider account, the healthcare provider pays DocTap for consultations by card. Monthly invoicing or other payment arrangements can be discussed for bespoke setups.
Consent is handled at patient level. Providers should confirm the patient has consented before accessing DocTap clinical records or requesting relevant outputs to be shared back with their service.
The standard setup is a DocTap provider account for provider-managed GP consultations. Your team can add patients, arrange appointments on their behalf, manage payment and request consented access to relevant clinical records from those visits.
