Alessandra has extensive experience supporting those struggling with anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties, as well as complex issues such as childhood trauma and self worth. Her background includes significant work with parents and carers, where she uses her expertise in attachment theory to help families strengthen their emotional bonds and navigate behavioural challenges.
In addition to her clinical practice, Alessandra has served as a mental health key worker for Mind, providing vital social support for individuals managing conditions such as PTSD and schizophrenia. This breadth of experience allows her to tailor her sessions to the unique needs of each person she sees. Beyond her work in London, she is analytically minded and brings a multicultural perspective to her practice, being fully fluent in English, Italian, and French.
