Alessandra Vitarelli is a dedicated counsellor who provides a confidential and safe space for individuals to explore their thoughts and feelings. With a BACP accredited Master of Science in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck University, she is passionate about helping people engage constructively with life’s challenges and crises. Alessandra is known for her warm and empathetic approach, always working to ensure that patients feel heard, supported, and at ease throughout their therapeutic journey.

She offers client centred support that empowers individuals to gain a deeper perspective on themselves, aiding them in making the choices and changes that feel right for their lives. Alessandra has extensive experience supporting those struggling with anxiety, stress, and relationship difficulties, as well as complex issues such as childhood trauma and self worth. Her background includes significant work with parents and carers, where she uses her expertise in attachment theory to help families strengthen their emotional bonds and navigate behavioural challenges.

In addition to her clinical practice, Alessandra has served as a mental health key worker for Mind, providing vital social support for individuals managing conditions such as PTSD and schizophrenia. This breadth of experience allows her to tailor her sessions to the unique needs of each person she sees. Beyond her work in London, she is analytically minded and brings a multicultural perspective to her practice, being fully fluent in English, Italian, and French.
