Can DocTap help with fertility testing?

We offer a range of male fertility blood tests, including hormone profiles (FSH, LH, testosterone, prolactin). Your GP can interpret the results and arrange further investigations — including semen analysis and referrals to fertility specialists if required.

Can DocTap help with erectile dysfunction (ED)?

Yes. Our GPs can assess, diagnose, and offer treatments for ED, including prescriptions and lifestyle advice.

Can I get my prostate checked?

Yes. DocTap GPs can assess your prostate health, including offering PSA blood tests and exams if needed.

Can I choose the gender of my GP for my men’s health appointment?

Yes, you can select the gender of your clinician when booking. If you would prefer to see a male clinician for this appointment type, please select the 'Male Only' option when booking your appointment.

Can I get a testosterone test?

Yes - you can request a testosterone or full male hormone panel during your GP appointment.

Can I discuss multiple men’s health concerns in one appointment?

Book a 15-minute appointment for one simple issue, either in person or remote. If you have multiple concerns or a complex issue, please book a 25-minute appointment.

Can DocTap treat male hair loss?

Yes. DocTap GPs can assess your symptoms, arrange relevant tests and if appropriate, also refer you to a dermatologist if specialist care is needed.

Can I have blood tests done during my appointment?

Yes, many blood tests can be arranged during your visit - including hormone levels, cholesterol, PSA, and vitamin levels.

Can I have a chaperone present during my appointment?

Yes, we can arrange for a chaperone to be present during your appointment. If you would like a chaperone, please call us on 020 7183 3254 when booking so we can ensure one is available at your appointment time.
