Extend your health-tech or wellness product with DocTap’s CQC-regulated GP care and diagnostic services, delivered under your brand and shaped around your patient journey.

DocTap, your clinical partner
A flexible clinical model designed to fit your product, brand and the way people access your service.
Add healthcare through an established CQC-regulated provider, with experienced GMC-registered GPs and secure clinical records. Clinical responsibilities are clearly defined, with agreed processes covering how patients access care, how clinical decisions are made and how risk, results and follow-up are managed.
Build diagnostic testing into your service through a clinically managed pathway. We agree which tests are included and coordinate professional sample collection through DocTap clinics and agreed partner sites, testing and results delivery, with GP interpretation and follow-up available where required.
Deliver GP care and diagnostic testing through a white-label or partner-branded journey. The exact setup is agreed as part of the partnership, creating a more connected experience between your product and the clinical care we provide. With patient consent, relevant results and updates can flow back into your product.
Work with DocTap through an organisation account, the DocTap healthcare API or a blended model. Start with a managed setup requiring no development or connect eligibility, booking, appointment types and consented clinical outputs directly to your product, with testing and dedicated support before launch.
Give users fast access to experienced GPs for assessment, treatment, prescriptions and follow-up, in clinic across London or by video nationwide. Specialist referrals, medical letters and certificates can also be provided following assessment.
Build a connected diagnostic pathway from professional sample collection through to testing, results and GP-led next steps.
Support dedicated women’s and men’s health pathways, bringing GP assessment, diagnostic testing, treatment and ongoing follow-up together.
Offer structured health checks that turn diagnostic results and core health measures into a clear report and practical next steps.
Add a medically supervised weight-management pathway combining clinical assessment, medical weight-loss medication and ongoing GP care.
Add a confidential sexual-health pathway combining rapid STI testing with GP assessment, treatment and follow-up care.
Connect users to convenient medication support following a GP assessment, with prescribing and ongoing management kept within the wider clinical pathway.
Support users with common mental health concerns through a confidential pathway that continues from initial assessment to treatment and follow-up.

Clinical governance
Depending on the partnership model, users can access private GP appointments, testing, prescriptions, medical letters, referrals and follow-up care through DocTap.
Yes. We can enable a sandbox environment so your team can test the user journey, booking flow and data flows before launch, with no real users seen until you are ready.
Clinical information is handled securely and confidentially, in line with UK data protection requirements. Data sharing is consent-led, and we work through your information governance and security assessment as part of onboarding.
Clinical information is confidential by default. Relevant outputs are shared only where the user has consented and the agreed workflow supports it.
No. DocTap is not an emergency service. Users with urgent or life-threatening symptoms should use NHS 111, or 999 and A&E as appropriate.
Not always. Some partners start with an organisation account or a managed workflow, then move to API integration later if deeper integration is needed.
Yes. DocTap supports API-enabled partnerships where private GP care, booking, testing or consented clinical outputs need to connect into an existing product, platform or workflow.
Yes. Depending on the setup, appointments can be funded by your organisation, paid by the user, or managed through another agreed commercial arrangement.
