Mental health concerns featured in 16.3% of DocTap appointments in September 2026, compared with 14.5% a year earlier. Colds and upper respiratory infections came up in a higher share, while urinary tract infection concerns featured less often.

Mental health overtook skin as the most commonly recorded concern group in DocTap’s summer GP consultations. It featured in 16.9% of analysed consultations in June–August 2026, compared with 14.7% a year earlier. Sleep concerns and fatigue also appeared in a higher proportion of consultations.
