Yes. Fit-to-fly assessments are carried out in clinic, as an in-person examination is required. They are not available by video.

Yes. Hotels can arrange DocTap appointments for children staying at the hotel, but the child must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
Yes. DocTap GPs can issue prescriptions when clinically appropriate. Some medicines may be available from selected clinics, while others will need to be collected from a pharmacy. Medication is charged separately from the appointment.
No. DocTap is not an emergency service. Guests with urgent or emergency symptoms should be directed to 999, A&E or the appropriate emergency service.
Payment is taken by card at the point of booking, and the card can be the hotel's or the guest's own. Consolidated invoicing is possible as a bespoke arrangement, so speak to us. The same rates, cancellation and refund policies apply as for regular DocTap patients. Any charge the hotel adds for the guest is handled by the hotel, outside DocTap.
No. Hotels can manage bookings and billing, but they do not see consultation notes, prescriptions, test results or clinical documents. Medical records stay confidential between the guest and DocTap.
