What patients say on Google

“Everyone was really nice and caring which was a relief since I've been in pain. Everything was super clean and calm, the doctor was great, did my urine test really quick, right in front of me and gave me medications. Saved me the whole day of waiting in the hospital, especially since I'm a tourist and I didn't wanna waste my time on waiting. The price wasn't too bad, especially not for London standard.”

“I booked an appointment with Dr Fehmi Hafiz. Extremely kind and caring, listened to my very long list of problems that I'd been struggling with for years and gave recommendations and treatment in just a few days. I would 10 out of 10 recommend going here and all the staff are absolutely wonderful and understanding. I don't know how to thank you all enough for the help you've given me. It is quite expensive but 100% well worth the price.”

“Traveling solo abroad and falling ill definitely wasn’t part of the plan, but after running a high fever and body aches for 4-5 days, I finally decided to see a doctor today. I was attended by Dr. Farhaan at the Liverpool Street & Bank branch, and I can’t recommend him enough. He was incredibly patient, listened attentively to all my concerns, and was thorough throughout the consultation. I never once felt rushed. A special shout-out as well to Esther at reception, who was such a warm, lovely lady and provided genuinely wonderful service from the moment I walked in. If you’re in London and need to see a doctor at short notice, I’d highly recommend this clinic. Booking online was quick and easy, and the entire experience was smooth and reassuring. Thank you. 🙏🏼”

Frequently asked questions about STI treatment

Where can I get treated for an STI?

STI testing and treatment are available at DocTap clinics across London. If you want test results within four hours, book at one of the rapid-result clinics.

How do I book an appointment?

You can easily book online, through the DocTap website. Simply choose the condition you need treatment for, select your preferred clinic and time, and attend your appointment.

Can I get tested if I don’t have symptoms?

Please bring photo ID and any recent test results, if you have them.

How fast will I get my results?

At selected rapid-result clinics, results are usually ready within four hours. If results take longer than this, we’ll refund your test fee.

Will anyone else see my results?
